  I had a prp procedure done on my elbow with The Karli Center. Dr. Dewald was professional and answered all my questions regarding it. He and Dr. Karli provided guidance for post-procedure protocol and I cannot thank them enough for fixing my elbow. I highly recommend the Karli Center. Dr. Karli, Dr. Dewald and Mariah provide great services in a beautiful location and will help you find the relief that you deserve.

  Dr. Karli and his entire team (Mariah, Jack & Zoe) were all amazing. They all prevented me from needing surgery and got me back on my feet within no time. I am extremely grateful for their help and support. I could not recommend this practice enough. I received STEM cell shots as well as PRP and Dr. Karli and his entire team made the process effortless, worry free, and seamless. I am happy to say that I am back to my usual routine and it’s thanks to them. I cannot emphasize enough how great this practice is.

  Dr Karli did my PRP injection face lift. I’m not new to injections, but wanted to try a PRP vs fillers. I specifically went to him because of his method of spinning PRP. He is actually able to tell me how much PRP I’m getting- NO OTHER PLACE DORS THIS! Dr Karli was also able to inject with me with little to no pain. His injections are high tech using top notch technology. I saw a difference in my face within 72 hours! Ladies and gentleman, this is the place to get anti-aging injections- naturally. His bed side manner is on point and the staff actually cares about your well-being. This is not a med spa, it’s an anti-aging mecca. I also liked that they did a two week follow up. Most surgeons, doctors and med spas have a turn and burn style of treating people. Not here. I can’t recommend this place enough. My next treatment is going to be PRP microneedling. He told me I need to be doing these types of procedure more often than dumping a bunch of money into filler and surgery. I like this approach. Honestly a great way to spend the day. Really relaxing and hip practice.

  I received the highly concentrated facial PRP treatment at the Karli Center last weekend. It also included a consultation with Dr David Karli, who is super knowledgeable. Their master injector Jackie is a magician with the syringe. The center is equipped with all the latest technology, and it's backed up by science. I was so impressed with the quality of the treatment, the knowledge and the service. Highly recommend it!
