It depends on what you mean. They have pretty good rates (650) if your willing to share a unit with. 3 other people who have a 1 bdrm but if you want a single it goes around 1000.

No, anyone could easily enter by simply stating that they're a guest and being let in on the first floor, regardless of guards at the gates at night.

They not supposed to let anyone in you supposed to know apt# and resident name... but hey maybe they still slacking smhhh but my car got broken into 3 times since I've been here so good luck with that these apts are trash especially security and the ppl in the damn rent office

Dare did my room tour and it was such a wonderful experience! The 4x4 rooms are spacious and the building amenities such as the gym, pool, etc was well kept. Outside the building was clean as well as inside. The management here is wonderful and so helpful.

Takeisha Davis did my room tour and it was such a wonderful experience! The 4x4 rooms are spacious and the building amenities such as the gym, pool and clubhouse are very accessible and well-kept. The surrounding area is very cleanly and the management here is wonderful. I would seriously recommend living here to anyone trying to figure out how they can stay close to campus at a very affordable price !
