The majority of the roofs that we do are a standard composite shingle with a synthetic underlayment and an Ice & Water Barrier in the eaves and valleys. this offers max protection with the least likelihood of water intruding into the home.
As far as different STYLES of roofs, we are capable of doing Metal Roofing (Both Agricultural & Residential), and Flat Roofing.

The Standard "out of box" warranty is a 25 year warranty that starts to depreciate after only 10 years. We didn't think that was good enough, so on all GAF installs, we INCLUDE the GAF System Plus Warranty which extends the warranty to 50 years AND covers depreciation the entire period. That means you get a 50 YEAR warranty that is directly backed by GAF, not us. We also put a 2 year guarantee on all of our workmanship.
