Staff was so accommodating both during and leading up to my visit — it was super easy to submit insurance info online and over the phone, but I also felt so cared for with each and every person I interacted with during my exam. Phenomenal service and immaculate frames, I cannot wait to be back in a few weeks to pick up my new glasses!

These folks are really the best. Though I don't have vision insurance, they still billed my normal insurance through some clever way to get my exam discounted. The frames they have in store are works of art. I cannot wait to come back to get new glasses. The whole staff was so nice and fun to chat with.
If you're still going to Warby Parker, it's time to support small businesses doing the thing with integrity. Don't sleep on these cats!

I went here for an eye exam and I was really happy with the overall experience! Sarah was super friendly, reassuring, and made the appointment really easy and straightforward. They also make it really easy to schedule online. I didn’t get a frame because i’m picky but I saw a nice selection of frames from the ones I saw today
