Olge and Oscar are amazing 😊. When the tree in my backyard fell and ripped out my power utility pole out of my house and damaged my roof, they walked me through the whole process of not only getting power back to my house but getting my roof repaired. When insurance wanted to deny my roof replacement and only wanted to replace a couple of shingles, they fought them not because they wanted to sell me a new roof, but because they knew that they would not be able to match my shingles since it is an older design discontinued design and faded. Sure enough when the test shingles showed up, they did not match at all. After going back and forth with insurance we finally got the roof replacement approved. If you got storm damage and need someone who will take care of you through the process and not just push for a new roof because they can, you need to call Olge and his team, they will have your back. 😊

My family has worked with MCR three times now twice for a restoration of our roof and twice for hail damage. In the past dealing with this sort of damage has been a huge stress but MCR made it simple and were very efficient. I can't say enough good things about their kind and helpful sales team and technicians. While I hope I do not have hail damage again, if I do I know exactly who I am going to call.
