  I've know Lori and her group for years but just recently I needed their help for a client. They stepped in, assessed and quickly advocated for my client. Care manager Chriss was able to stop a downward spiral and turn a difficult situation around. Both my client and I are so relieved they are in the picture!!

  I could not be happier with the incredible support Advanced Senior Solutions and in particular Lisa Jones provided my father and our family. Since I live out of state, I was able to rely on the company for all aspects of my father's oversight and needs. Lisa became an advocate for my father and her professional experience and familiarity with the necessary care was critical as he started to experience challenges with his health later in life. I could not be more complimentary of this company, the owner Lory Smeltzer and especially of Lisa Jones. I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of a professional, aging life care representative.

  My wife and I engaged Advanced Senior Solutions the beginning of August of this year. Since then their Life Care Manager (LCM) has been front and center in the life of a dear friend of ours who is experiencing a multiplicity of medical and personal issues. On Oct. 13, 2022 a situation arose requiring an immediate trip to the ER which resulted in a 5 hour ordeal. The LCM was by our friend's side advocating for her the entire time. We give the LCM and Advanced Senior Solutions high marks for their care and concern for people like our friend who needs the involvement of a professional. Bruce Anderson

  We have so appreciated the quality of care and management we as a family have received through Advanced Senior Solutions these last several years. Advanced Senior Solutions management and staff, the nursing aides and nurse case management through Bayada have been so invaluable... in so many instances, individuals went above and beyond "the call of duty" to help and assist our family whatever the need might be.. whether it be for valuable recommendations for local contractors, realtors, and various other home services, whatever needs that surfaced. Because none of the family lived in the Tampa area this was so invaluable. Members of Advanced Senior Solutions were also there to support the family emotionally and to care for my mother like their own family. I truly don't know what we would've done without them and I truly do not think there is a better agency out there. It has also been invaluable that Advanced Senior Solutions could tailor the care needed over the years. When we began, my mother only needed weekly monitoring and some assistance with groceries, etc... then as her capacity diminished, we were able to progress to 24 hour round the clock care and finally when we had sell the home and move my mother to skilled nursing, we could still continue with companion aide service. My most heartfelt appreciation for all at Advanced Senior Solutions. I always rested easy knowing Mom's care was so well provided for. We wish Advanced Senior Solutions all the best as you move forward.
