I am currently a resident and I must say the staff is very caring. I suffer from immense back pain and during the routine inspection the Manager asked if I needed help with anything seeing that I was in so much pain. She also had my packages from Amazon sent to my door. I must say I was overjoyed and so thankful for the courtesy. Thanks for caring about your residents. Above and beyond sums it up. I’m so appreciative!

Great location & the place to be in Birmingham right now. So much to do & never a dull moment here in Parkside near Railroad Park!
The property management team are always on point. If a problem arises, just speak up- They are friendly, professional & vibrate and they’ll do their best to solve your issues! Lastly, they run great specials throughout the year when signing leases (They are currently running a special right now April 12th 2024)

Great spot to hang out with my bros and catch baseball games! The location is super convenient, close to everything in the city, and surprisingly affordable. However, the only downside is that it's primarily student living, which may not suit everyone's preferences. Overall, still a solid choice for those looking for a fun and accessible living space.

Great people, great location, and great service. Ion is just a great place to be! I noticed how the property has improved with cleanliness and with reopening the amenities. The staff and customer service is probably my favorite part. They are nice, very helpful, and show me that they care about any problems that I may have. Best in the city hands down!

My experience at Ion has been great since my first tour. The leasing office staff was very helpful in finding me a unit with everything that I was looking for. The location and amenities are great as well. I have had no complaints living here so far and would highly recommend!
