Daryl was extremely professional and demonstrated great knowledge about our system and what was wrong and was able to break it down and explain it to us well. “Prompt” “professional” and “competent” are the words that describe Daryl Erckenbrack and his team at Accurate Heating & Air Conditioning. Daryl was at our house in no time at all after our AC system failed us on a recent hot day. After an honest assessment of our options, we decided to forego repair of our 13-year old AC unit and purchase a new and higher-quality Air Conditioning system. Despite having a busy schedule and prior commitments, Daryl and his equally competent and friendly assistant Jeremy installed the system today, 5/15/24. The cost for both the unit and installation was competitively priced. Daryl and Jeremy answered all our questions and made sure everything was in perfect working order before they left. Let it suffice to say, that we are all set for the fiercest heat wave imaginable — thanks to Daryl’s and Jeremy’s prompt and professional service.
