I wanted to thank Everett and David of Scion! They have been at my son's apartment work order after work order due to AC issues. He has battled AC issues over the past month and they have been there every time to try and resolve it, BUT it seems to always be something. I was in town and went to office and spoke to Luis, Yaman, and Everett about the situation and what could be done to have a more permanent fix. After our discussion, and a meeting call and conversation amongst the 1879 and Scion team they will be replacing his AC unit with a new one this upcoming week. I cannot express how much I appreciate them seeing the issue and addressing it verses prolonging it with bandaid fixes. With the new AC unit coming this upcoming week I hope it is a permanent fix before the HEAT of the summer comes in and this is one less issue that him and his roommates need to address. Also, they were having issues with washer and dryer this week and after several tries of replacing a switch in the washer and it not working they, Everett and David, replaced it with a semi new washer/dryer. Now the boys can wash and dry clothes with no issues. Thank you again Everett and David for being so amazing, kind, and working so diligently to rectify the problem for the college students. It is so greatly appreciated and again thank you Yaman for you call and email today about notifying me of the new AC unit be ordered. This is the kind of action all the apartments deserve. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR TODAY! Hopefully, this resolves all the issues.
