Please take down curtains, blinds, or any other window treatments. Security sensors should also be removed and turned off by your security company. Please provide our installation expert with a clear path to the window(s) being replaced by moving anything that may be in the way. It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.

Window World is truly a great company! I ordered a new front door and security door for my house, and they were phenomenal from start to finish! Our sales and design consultant John Writer was extremely helpful and professional. He's very knowledgeable and was 100% accurate with his measurements. I once heard a TV judge day that only a real man can hang a door, and our door installer Steve truly embodied those sentiments! He came early, prepared, ready to work, and did a fantastic job! Steve removed the old front and security door easily and seamlessly, cut out what needed to be cut for the new door's dimensions, and effortlessly placed the new doors. I was really impressed with Steve's attention to detail in the finishing touches on the new doors! Steve's the man!

Window World completed an install of 23 windows and a large sliding patio door for our home. Want to give shout out to Jon Writer who worked with us, Tony and his install crew who did an incredible job with the initial install. Also a shout out to Steve who came back and completed the last few windows and capping. We now have beautiful black outside / white inside windows and sliding doors. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Steve did a great job, he was actually early but did give a call beforehand and was very efficient getting the windows in and out. He did not leave a mess at all and gave me a tour of everything he did and how the new windows worked. Would definitely recommend!
