The huge resort-style pool is definitely a highlight – it's the perfect place to relax and unwind, and it's always clean and inviting. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying the fitness center, or utilizing the study lounges, you can tell that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in excellent condition.
One of the things that really sets The Grove apart is the courtesy officer who lives on the property. Knowing that there is someone on-site dedicated to keeping the complex safe and secure gives me so much peace of mind. The presence of the courtesy officer truly enhances the sense of community and safety here.
I highly recommend stopping by the leasing office to visit with the office staff. They are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any problems that might arise. Establishing a great relationship with the team has made my experience here even better. It's so reassuring to know that there are people who genuinely care about the residents and are always there to support us.

I started living at the Grove after leaving the dorms. After touring, I knew immediately I wanted to live here. Since then, they have been nothing but kind and understanding. The maintenance team always fulfills the maintenance order quickly. All the people in the front office are super friendly and sweet. It's not too far from Sam Houston University. I always feel safe and secure on the property. The resort style pool is a nice place to hang out with friends. The rooms are spacious and have great closet space. Overall, the community is great, and I have made a lot of friends here. This is why I'm excited to be able to renew for another year.
