Excellent experience! Jason D. Has visited our home for 3 years now checking on our Crusader system and testing our water. He goes above and beyond to explain things. Our latest visit he explained how to run a bypass in the event the system ever has issues or stops working. Contacting and scheduling is always prompt and responsive. I have expensive coffee equipment in my home and I need great water. These units come through. And the after purchase service and maintenance is five star! Love my equipment.
