I am a small electrical contractor in N.C. My wife and I grew up in Colorado, and we love it here. As an electrical contractor of 25 yrs and a family owned business (Peterson Electric, LLC - Loveland, Co) for 20 yrs, I do say this was a pleasure to meet and work on a job in FC. We worked together last month in June 2024 on a small 900 sq ft - downtown tenant finish, on some lighting, with a permit. As you know FC permits and office is not an easy deal, nor is the parking down there. But, with all of the challenges and the "High Demands" of the inspectors and the customer, HWG was very communicative and kind to us, this is a rare thing to find when I have worked along side of some false GC's in my days.
